Job Description

Job Summary:
Whitestone is seeking a highly motivated and organized Training Manager to oversee and coordinate training programs for our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and managing essential training sessions, supporting staff development, and ensuring alignment with organizational and client requirements. The Training Manager will also collaborate with various stakeholders, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with training standards. The training manager will serve as the Assistant Program Manager and fulfill all duties in collaboration with or in the PM's absence.
Pay is:
$34.28 an hour $5.75 H&W per hour up to 40 a week $0.75 cents an hour paid into a pension plan
Key Responsibilities:
Active DOE Q Clearance required. Have or successfully complete all required training courses, including but not limited to: Introduction to the Instructional Design Process
  • MIT-103DE
    Basic Instructor Training
  • MIT-111 Curriculum Development Training
  • MIT-210 Basic security officer training (BSOT) instructor course and other training courses required for contract personnel.
Train and develop ProForce Officers, Badge Office Specialists, C-CURE Analysts, and Supervisors to enhance their skills and performance. Provide necessary deliverables and reports to
NNSA JAG AC CMT
as required. Assist in managing the ProForce work schedule to ensure effective staffing and resource allocation. Prepare, review, and submit the Whitestone payroll accurately and on time. Collaborate with the DOE National Training Center (NTC) to seek guidance, align training initiatives, and ensure compliance with DOE standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in training, instructional design, or related fields. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of training standards and government agency requirements. Flexibility to complete additional training courses as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with NNSA or DOE training programs. Familiarity with payroll processing and scheduling.
