Job Description
Job Summary:
Whitestone is seeking a highly motivated and organized Training Manager to oversee and coordinate training programs for our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and managing essential training sessions, supporting staff development, and ensuring alignment with organizational and client requirements. The Training Manager will also collaborate with various stakeholders, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with training standards. The training manager will serve as the Assistant Program Manager and fulfill all duties in collaboration with or in the PM's absence.Pay is:
$34.28 an hour $5.75 H&W per hour up to 40 a week $0.75 cents an hour paid into a pension planKey Responsibilities:
Active DOE Q Clearance required. Have or successfully complete all required training courses, including but not limited to: Introduction to the Instructional Design ProcessMIT-103DE
Basic Instructor Training- MIT-111 Curriculum Development Training
- MIT-210 Basic security officer training (BSOT) instructor course and other training courses required for contract personnel.
