WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish/English): Must be fluent in Spanish. Basic English proficiency is needed.

Team Player:

Leadership Skills:

Ability to train, motivate, and guide a team.

Experience:

At least 1 year of cleaning experience + 3-6 months in a leadership role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise Large Cleaning Jobs:

Ensure quality and efficiency on bigger projects.

Conduct Cleaning Inspections:

Review new team members' work (2-3 per week).

Customer Follow-Ups:

Address and resolve client concerns.

Hiring & Training:

Help interview, hire, and coach new maids.
