•Description•This position delivers training initiatives and education programs which enables the brand to meet its business objects via a skilled Training team and engaged retail employees. Adopts a commercial and consumer mind set when executing all aspects of education, while collaborating with all internal stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

+ Identify training needs and seek out new ways of working in the rapid pace of organizational and technological change. + Develop, lead and facilitate national core training programs while liaising with Global Education. + Develop expertise within the team in product knowledge, keeping up to date with trends and product development. + Work with Trainers to develop regional Sales and Training strategies. + Ensure all training room facilities, kits & assets are maintained and managed. + Develop team competencies and drive innovation in digital education programs. + Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and foster an atmosphere that motivates, encourages and challenges Trainers and retail teams to achieve excellence. + Ensure all education programs, activities and training reflect the brand's values and standards. + Recruit, hire and complete orientation for Trainers. + Identify opportunities to develop the training, leadership and artistic abilities of the education team. + Oversee the schedule of the Trainers and the effectiveness of collaboration with SEE's in the field. + Conduct store visits to follow up core training, implement department strategies, develop Crew, Trainers and SEE's abilities and to lead by example on all levels. + Provide clear, constructive feedback to employees on their performance. + Ensure consistent and proper communication. + Be solution focused while building a collaborative relationship with the National Sales Manager to identify opportunities to drive Sales and KPI results in the field. + Work with the National Sales Manager to devise strategies to develop the leadership competencies of the regional sales and training partnerships. + Build relationships with department heads to create and implement the national strategy. + Assist in coordinating with relevant departments to ensure excellent execution of all marketing, PR activity and events including relevant online creative communication. + Help create and maintain a creative atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism and support.

Branding Activity and Events:

+ Build a brand social media profile while adhering to all social media guidelines and requirements. + Develop training team's abilities to promote brand launches, providing press quotes and industry trends on an ongoing basis as required by the PR team. + Support the participation of media events being a combination of media presentations, masterclasses, one⁃on⁃one interviews, studio events, and working on brand community projects as required to build awareness of the brand. + Support the planning of retail events which includes, conducting make up demonstrations and masterclasses while providing make up direction to the artists working on the event if required. Financial Accountabilities + Full management and responsibility of the education budget, tracking expenditures in accordance with departmental/regional budget allocation. + Ensure the timely submission and accuracy of credit card statements, expense reports and company owned asset processes. + Help ensure regional needs and standards are met for training equipment. + Help ensure training premises are maintained, clean, functional and properly equipped.
