Our client, a growing and innovative organization based in Wisconsin's Fox Valley area, is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive employee growth, leadership development, and workforce capability across the organization. In this role, you'll design and deliver impactful training programs, lead leadership development initiatives, manage learning technologies, and partner with leaders to build a culture of continuous learning. You'll have the opportunity to directly influence employee development strategies that support both business success and career growth. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a hybrid work schedule.L&D Manager Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver learning, leadership development, and certification programs
- Identify skill gaps and implement training solutions that support business objectives
- Partner with leaders to build workforce capabilities and support employee growth
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives
- Manage and optimize learning management systems (LMS) and learning technologies
- Measure program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, career development, and succession planning Requirements for
L&D Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of Learning & Development, Organizational and Talent Development experience
- Experience designing and facilitating training programs
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to influence leaders and drive implementation of development initiatives
