ABM is hiring a Leadership Development Manager to be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality learning and training initiatives for a large, strategic national client. Reporting to the Vice President of Learning and Talent Development, this individual contributor role partners closely with Operational Leadership to execute leadership development and talent programs that support day-to-day performance and long-term growth. This position owns the coordination and delivery of key talent activities, including leadership development, skills training, talent reviews, assessments, and succession planning. This role requires strong collaboration across teams and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with managers and stakeholders at multiple levels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can translate strategy into action; planning, organizing, and executing programs while adapting to evolving business needs. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, a passion for developing people, and the ability to address challenges and deliver practical, measurable results. This is a Hybrid Role (in office Mon-Thu) with up to 25% national travel based in Dallas, Sugar Land, Austin or San Antonio, TX .

Employee Benefits | Staff & Management Lead the end-to-end execution of leadership development, skills training, and talent management programs, ensuring measurable impact on performance and engagement. Partner closely with Operational Leadership to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted, scalable development solutions across multiple management levels. Own and drive key talent processes, including assessments, performance enablement, and succession planning, to build a strong leadership pipeline. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design (ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models) Strong project management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, high-impact learning solutions. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Data driven mindset to accurately assess program effectiveness, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. Strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical, innovative solutions. Proficient across all Microsoft Office applications. Experienced business traveler.
