PREMIER SYSTEM SUPPORT LEARNING EXPERIENCE MANAGER ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVENESS 8A-5P / FULL TIME
THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION
•The Learning Experience Manager is a leader on the Organizational Effectiveness team and is responsible for guiding efforts within Human Resources related to strategy, optimization and operational performance of the enterprise learning technologies and learning eco-system. This position leads the Learning Solutions team, including Learning Management System (LMS) administrators and analysts, and provides technical and operational leadership for the organization's LMS, digital learning platforms, learning content tools, reporting solutions, integrations, and related technologies. The Manager is accountable for ensuring learning systems are reliable, scalable, accessible, secure, and configured to support organizational learning, leadership development, workforce development, onboarding, regulatory and compliance education, and other enterprise learning priorities. The position partners closely with Information Technology, Human Resources, Compliance, clinical education teams, operational leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders to translate organization and learning requirements into sustainable technical solutions. The Manager applies advanced knowledge of learning technology, LMS administration, systems configuration, data governance, analytics, instructional design, adult learning, and project management to improve the caregiver learning experience and support measurable organizational outcomes.
Education Minimum Level of Education Required:
Bachelor's degree or seven years of directly related experience, or a master's degree and five years of directly related experience.
Additional requirements:
Type of degree: Learning Technology, Information Systems, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business or a related field Licensure/Certification/Registration . Learning Management System administrator or platform-specific certification Project Management Professional or comparable project management certification ATD, SHRM, HRCI, instructional design, learning analytics, or learning technology certification Lean, process improvement, or change management certification
Experience Minimum Level of Experience Required:
5 - 7 years of job related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: HR or relevant Organizational Development function, with people management experience and demonstrated training/certification/knowledge of organizational development, adult learning, instructional design.
Prior specific functional responsibilities:
prior learning management administration and learning program oversight Preferred experience: Experience in healthcare setting preferred Other experience requirements: Demonstrated experience administering, configuring, supporting, or overseeing an enterprise Learning Management System. Experience managing complex course structures, curricula, assignments, audiences, security roles, learning records, completion data, reporting, and system governance. Experience diagnosing system issues, identifying root causes, coordinating technical resolution, and communicating clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Experience supporting large-scale learning programs, regulatory education, onboarding, leadership development, workforce development, or enterprise learning initiatives.
