In this hybrid role, you will act as the primary relationship manager for healthcare client accounts while actively driving the full-cycle recruitment process to fill clients' open positions. You will ensure maximum client satisfaction by deeply understanding their clinical or administrative goals and executing high-quality, efficient talent sourcing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities Account Management & Client Strategy Serve as primary contact for assigned healthcare client accounts, building trust and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships. Consult with hiring managers to scope clinical and administrative roles, define job requirements, and align talent acquisition strategies with healthcare compliance and business needs. Provide regular pipeline updates and data-driven insights to clients regarding market trends, regional salary benchmarks, and candidate availability. Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts to expand our staffing and healthcare recruitment services. Full-Cycle Recruitment & Fulfillment Source qualified talent utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, specialized healthcare job boards, professional networks, and internal databases. Screen and interview candidates to assess technical credentials, healthcare certifications, cultural fit, and long-term alignment with client needs. Manage the candidate journey from initial contact through coordination of client interviews, feedback collection, credential verification, and offer extension. Ensure high-quality submittals by presenting well-vetted, top-tier candidate profiles that minimize the client's time-to-hire. Data & Administrative Integrity Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, interview-to-hire ratios, and client retention metrics.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
3+ years of experience combining full-cycle recruiting and account management. Experience in healthcare or clinical staffing is highly preferred.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to confidently advise healthcare leaders and clinical hiring managers.
Sourcing Expertise:
Proficient with medical job boards and modern ATS/CRM software.
Problem-Solving:
Highly adaptable with strong negotiation skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Time Management:
Ability to manage competing priorities, balancing urgent healthcare client demands with proactive candidate outreach.
