About Us Ivy Kids Systems is a respected and rapidly growing child care franchisor with a home base in Katy, Texas. With decades of industry experience, our team supports franchisees in delivering strong educational outcomes and building financially healthy businesses. Position Overview Ivy Kids is hiring a Training and Development Manager to lead how we train and develop our people. You will own our training programs end to end — designing learning for our franchise owners, school leadership teams, classroom teachers, and corporate staff, and delivering it through both live sessions and our learning management system (LMS). You will partner with experts across curriculum, marketing, and operations to turn their knowledge into engaging, effective training, and you will own the systems that deliver and track it. This is a hybrid role based out of our corporate office in Katy, Texas, with time spent remotely and visiting our centers as needed. Your Role Training Strategy and Design Own the overall training strategy and roadmap across all of our audiences. Design training programs that start from clear learning outcomes and build the right content, format, and sequence to achieve them. Partner with subject matter experts to turn their expertise into engaging, interactive training rather than static slide decks. Choose the right mix of self-paced and live training for each program.
