A DAY IN THE LIFE
- + Develop, implement, and assess training programs aligned to business goals and associate development needs within assigned division + Establish partnership as a trusted L&D advisor with divisional operational leaders + Collaborate with L&D Program Manager counterpart to ensure unity and consistency across the enterprise + Develop detailed shared project plans to monitor and track progress + Support content development and design (on-the-job training materials, presentations, and e-learning), and facilitate course offerings when needed + Partner with the Learning Technology Specialist to implement learning paths, reporting structures, and system changes in the LMS that support division programs + Co-manage the division's L&D budget in partnership with the Director + Travel between 15-25% required •
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- + BA/BS degree in adult learning, organizational development, organizational behavior, or related field; equivalent experience considered + 5-8 years in Learning & Development, organizational development, or related field, preferably in the construction industry + Excellent analytical skills + Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills + Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods + Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented + Passion for learning, improving, and sharing best practices + Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow-through + Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment + Experience with public speaking or facilitation preferred + Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred + Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus •
