PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The Manager, Leader and Culture Development is responsible for designing (in collaboration with the Director), implementing, and improving leadership development programs that build the capability of supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders across Lone Star College System. This position serves as an internal organizational development resource, partnering with leaders to support leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, team performance, and organizational culture. The Manager develops learning experiences, leadership resources, supervisory tools, and organizational development programs that align with the System's mission, culture, career pathways, and strategic priorities. This role also manages organizational development projects and programs and provides support to leaders on leadership development, team effectiveness, and employee growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Designs, implements, and evaluates comprehensive leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, directors, and emerging leaders Develops and facilitates leadership workshops, programs, and learning experiences utilizing classroom instruction, virtual learning, coaching, peer learning, and self-directed learning Develops learning resources, toolkits, guides, and job aids that help supervisors apply learning in their daily work Designs and supports new supervisor onboarding, transition, and integration experiences Serves as an organizational development resource to departments and leaders across the college system Evaluates and analyzes learning effectiveness using and recommending solutions that improve organizational effectiveness Manages projects to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives Analyzes project goals, plans schedule deadlines for project completion, and develops action plans and processes for project completion from inception to evaluation Develops, recommends, and implements necessary improvements and changes to projects and business processes to ensure project success Coordinates logistics, budgets, and resource management Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field Experience in higher education or public sector organizations Experience developing supervisors and leaders at multiple organizational levels Experience measuring leadership development services from inception to completion and outcomes using organizational metrics Experience designing and facilitating Experience leading a team of peers or volunteers to accomplish shared work outcomes Salary Hiring salary range is $54,528-$62,707 Lone Star College provides a hiring salary range for all posted full-time non-faculty positions.
