Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician in The Woodlands, TX Area! We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities throughout The Woodlands, TX area. If you have apartment maintenance experience and enjoy troubleshooting, repairs, and preparing units for new residents, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

Complete resident service requests and work orders in a timely manner

Perform general maintenance tasks throughout the property

Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing systems

Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs

Diagnose and repair appliances

Complete carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, and general upkeep

Assist with apartment turns and make-ready preparation

Maintain a safe and professional work environment

Qualifications

Previous apartment maintenance experience required

Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions

Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

Own tools required

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience

EPA Certification

HVAC Certification

Experience with electrical repairs

Experience with plumbing repairs

Appliance diagnostics and repair expertise
