Position:
RESTAURANT TRAINER/ AUDITOR
Lee's Sandwiches needs responsible and committed people with the ability to handle and deliver the quality and guest service that defines our brand. While we look for you to bring the right skills and personality for this position, we'll also provide the training and support you need to continue to grow and advance. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled and unannounced store audits. Monitor food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and operational standards. Train and coach employees, supervisors, and store managers. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP, HACCP principles, and safety procedures. Identify deficiencies and prepare corrective action plans. Conduct follow-up visits to ensure issues are corrected. Prepare and maintain audit and training records. Assist with updating training materials, SOPs, and audit checklists. Travel regularly between restaurant locations. Qualifications 2+ years of fast-food, restaurant operations, training, auditing, or food safety experience preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation. Previous supervisory, trainer, or management experience preferred. ServSafe Manager Certification preferred. Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel regularly between store locations. Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Flexible availability may be required, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
