Technical Trainer - Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation Huntington Beach, California | Full-Time | $35+/Hour DOE + Benefits | Travel Required Join a Leader in Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation IPP Solutions is seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical Trainer to support our growing network of contractors and installation professionals. This role is ideal for a trenchless rehabilitation specialist who enjoys training others, solving technical challenges, and working directly with crews in the field. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on field and classroom training for contractors and installation crews
• Provide jobsite support for new installations and contractor startups
• Train customers on equipment operation, pipe preparation, resin handling, application techniques, and curing procedures
• Troubleshoot installation, equipment, and material-related issues
• Support quality assurance and quality control processes
• Assist with the development of training materials, SOPs, and technical documentation
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to support customer success Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of direct experience in the plumbing or trenchless pipe rehabilitation industry
• Hands-on experience with SIPP and/or CIPP lining installations is required
• Strong understanding of lining equipment, resins, curing methods, and field applications
• Experience training, mentoring, or supervising field crews
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the United States and internationally as needed What We Offer

IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Applicants must have direct experience in the plumbing industry and hands-on SIPP and/or CIPP lining experience.

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
