Job Description
Job Summary Support and engage youth in a safe, positive environment through academic, wellness, and character‑building programs. Serve as a role model and help youth succeed. What You'll Do Lead and supervise daily youth programs Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment Encourage positive behavior and participation Maintain clean, safe spaces and equipment Assist with events, meetings, and youth transportation What You'll Need High school diploma or GED Experience working with children or youth CPR & First Aid certification Valid driver's license Strong communication and youth engagement skills Physical Requirements Stand/walk for extended periods Lift up to 20 lbs
