Responsibilities Deliver sales training and onboarding programs. Coach and motivate sales employees to improve performance. Monitor trainee progress and measure training effectiveness. Update and improve training materials and programs. Stay current on sales trends and best practices. Maintain accurate training records. Requirements 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Training Specialist, or similar role.
