QualificationsExperience working in the AEC industryBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.

Experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or social media management.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical project information into compelling content.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.

Ability to create visually appealing marketing materials and presentations.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Detail-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with proposal development, project photography coordination, and website content management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage engaging content for the firm's social media platforms, website, and marketing campaigns.

Develop project stories, graphics, photography selections, and other content that showcases the firm's work, culture, and expertise.

Maintain and execute the social media content calendar, including writing posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.

Assist with the development of marketing collateral, presentations, project sheets, and promotional materials.

Support proposal and qualification package preparation by gathering project information, resumes, and relevant content from past projects.

Collaborate with project teams to capture completed work, client success stories, and firm achievements.

Coordinate marketing and business development initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support firm growth.

Help maintain the firm's website and ensure marketing content remains current and accurate.

Track and report on social media and marketing performance metrics.

Stay informed on industry trends and identify creative opportunities to enhance the firm's marketing efforts.
