Trainer Sales Associate:
We're looking for an outgoing, confident, and ambitious salesperson. A Sales Associate is expected to provide excellent customer service, sell new memberships, and retain existing members. A key component of this position is to drive new traffic to the studio and create a sense community with our existing members.Key Job Duties:
- Provide superior customer service and hospitality to attract and retain members.
- Promptly greet members/guests with a smile to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Respond promptly to member/guest requests, questions, concerns.
- Daily prospective member outreach by phone, text, email, and social media.
- Generate referrals from individuals and businesses by attending and conducting local events.
- Conduct tours of the studio, sell memberships, and motivate members to achieve goals.
- Provide instruction on sauna use, workouts, and mobile app use.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and sell retail merchandise.
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing routines to help maintain a clean and tidy facility.
Minimum Requirements:
- Outgoing team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commission based sales motivation with ability to close the deal.
- Confidence and discipline to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Comfortable making daily high volume sales phone calls.
- Proficient with social media platforms.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Self motivated with high evergreen and positive attitude.

MondayThursday:
10:45 am- 8 pm
Friday:
8:45 am- 6 pm
Saturday:
8:45 am- 2 pm
Sunday:
No staffPreferred Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Sales and/or customer service experience.
- Experience producing, filming, editing, and posting social media content.
