Required Qualifications AA/AS 4 years of experience related to most of the essential functions of the job or a relevant combination of education and experience. 2 years of experience/intermediate skill level in word processing, basic spreadsheet, and presentation software applications. Supports the Business Development team in proposal response, including template creation, compliance matrices, resumes, proposal Point site maintenance, and other proposal development ancillary activities upon request.
Technical Support:
Manages the business development technical support process and team help desk, serves as the subject matter expert on the operations of technical solutions including CRM, Content Management System, Point, etc.
Operational Improvement:
While supporting business development operational needs, this position researches, recommends, and coordinates technical solutions to improve business development operations. Assists BD Directors with creating and documenting new technical specifications for future development and enhancements of the CRM.
Administrative Support:
Supports administrative needs of business development team including managing conference exhibit booth materials and training initiatives for business development processes and systems.
Department Reporting:
