Job Description

Supports global team development by coordinating training programs, digital learning design, LMS administration, audits, and content curation. Works with senior L&D, SMEs, internal trainers, and external providers to roll out training aligned with operational needs.

Key responsibilitiesCo-lead global L&D projects; track milestones and deadlinesCoordinate implementation and adoption of training programs across regionsSupport scheduling, logistics, and communications for in-person and digital trainingAdminister multiple LMS platforms (content upload, reporting, upkeep)Support audits and pull training/compliance data as neededTrack participation, collect feedback, and improve programsIdentify regional training needs and gaps with stakeholdersDesign, curate, and digitize training content with SMEsDeliver training and facilitate workshops
