Job Description

Description Supports global team development by coordinating training programs, digital learning design, LMS administration, audits, and content curation. Works with senior L& D, SMEs, internal trainers, and external providers to roll out training aligned with operational needs. Key responsibilities

+ Co-lead global L& D projects; track milestones and deadlines

+ Coordinate implementation and adoption of training programs across regions

+ Support scheduling, logistics, and communications for in-person and digital training

+ Administer multiple LMS platforms (content upload, reporting, upkeep)

+ Support audits and pull training/compliance data as needed

+ Track participation, collect feedback, and improve programs

+ Identify regional training needs and gaps with stakeholders

+ Design, curate, and digitize training content with SMEs

+ Deliver training and facilitate workshops Requirements Requirements

+ Training delivery methods and adult learning principles

+ Digital learning design and delivery

+ Qualification tracking / training compliance in an operational setting

+ Experience in a multinational or regionally distributed organization

+ Training coordination, HR, or operations support (technical/industrial preferred)

+ Project management and stakeholder management across regions and time zones

+ LMS experience; Storyline/Rise; strong Excel and PowerPoint

+ Data, IT infrastructure, or technical services experience preferred
