We are Hiring Immediately for a Trainer position! The SQF Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety training programs in compliance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards. This role ensures all employees are properly trained on food safety, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver SQF and food safety training to new hires and existing employees Maintain training records and ensure compliance with SQF certification requirements Partner with QA and production teams to reinforce food safety practices on the floor Support internal and external audits, including SQF certification audits Promote a strong food safety culture across all departments

Qualifications:

Bilingual required - Spanish/English Strong communication and training skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
