Manufacturing Classroom Teaching Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver classroom and hands-on manufacturing training. Train employees on IPC standards, Lean/5S, ESD, AS9100, safety, and manufacturing processes. Manage IPC certifications, refresher training, and training records. Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs. Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to support compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

10+ years of IPC experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and/or

IPC-A-620.

Hands-on experience with soldering, cable/harness assembly, or PCB inspection. Experience delivering production-floor technical training. Knowledge of Lean/5S and ability to read technical drawings and assembly documentation. IPC Certified Trainer (CIT) and aerospace/defense experience preferred.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
