$22.66/hr W2 Job Summary Seeking a Training & Curriculum Specialist to develop and deliver engaging remote and in-person training programs in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), create training materials, support quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to enhance employee performance and customer service. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led remote and classroom training programs. Create and maintain training manuals, curriculum, process documentation, and operational guides. Conduct onboarding, refresher, and remedial training based on QA performance. Monitor trainee progress through assessments, evaluations, and performance reporting. Update training content to reflect process changes and system enhancements. Collaborate with managers and supervisors to improve employee performance and service quality. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across operational processes. Facilitate meetings with internal teams and clients to resolve process and policy issues. Ensure training programs meet instructional design standards and contractual requirements. Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and maintain policy and procedure documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Experience designing and delivering both remote and in-person training programs. Strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and training evaluation. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms. Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Public sector or government healthcare (Medicaid/CHIP) experience is a plus.
