Hallandale Beach /Miami, Florida Job Responsibilities:
Preparing robots and equipment for events, demonstrations, and client presentations Operating robots during events, exhibitions, and presentations Demonstrating robot capabilities for clients, children, universities, and partners Explaining robot functions and technical capabilities in a professional and engaging way Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with robots and equipment Providing technical support to customers by phone, online, or in person Assisting new clients with robot setup, onboarding, and basic training Testing robot functions, accessories, software, and new features Monitoring batteries, charging systems, controllers, and equipment condition Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the workspace, office, and warehouse Assisting with packing, transportation, setup, and breakdown for events Maintaining technical notes, checklists, and internal documentation Assisting management with technical demonstrations and sales-related tasks Participating in content creation related to robotics, AI, and company activitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Technical mindset and strong problem-solving skills Basic understanding of Linux or strong willingness to learn Interest in robotics, AI, automation, and modern technologies Ability to quickly learn new hardware and software systems Basic understanding of networking, controllers, batteries, sensors, and electronics Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently Comfortable working with tools, cables, charging systems, and technical equipment Strong communication skills with customers and team members Interest in creating content related to robotics and technology Ability to confidently demonstrate and explain technology to people Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work during events and occasionally travel when needed English required Russian or Spanish is a plus Driver license preferredPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Unitree robots Experience using Linux terminal and command line tools Basic knowledge of Python, ROS, or robotics software Experience with drones or remote-control systems Experience creating content, filming videos, or technical demonstrations Basic Wi-Fi and networking troubleshooting skillsCompensation Structure:
Base pay: $20/hour Standard working schedule: 12:00 PM•6:00PM Event Compensation:
1-hour event: $130 2-hour event: $140 3-hour event: $150 Events lasting between 3-8 hours: fixed $200 Events longer than 8 hours:•additional compensation of +$30/hour applies only for active working time with robots/equipmentAdditional Terms:
If an event takes place during regular working hours (12 PM•6 PM), those hours are considered part of the standard work schedule and are not additionally compensated Travel time to and from events is not considered paid working time unless otherwise approved by management For out-of-town or travel events, hotel and flight expenses may be covered by the company when applicableMonthly KPI Bonus Structure Maximum KPI Bonus:
up to $700/month 1. Robot Readiness & Maintenance — up to $200/monthRequirements:
Robots must remain operational and event-ready Batteries properly charged and maintained Equipment checked before and after events 2. Technical Support, Client Training & Customer Assistance — up to $300/monthRequirements:
Professionally respond to customer technical questions Assist clients with troubleshooting by phone or online Provide basic onboarding and training for new robot owners Assist clients with setup and operation of equipment Maintain professional communication and customer support after sales 3. Workspace & Warehouse Organization — up to $200/monthRequirements:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace Properly store robots, batteries, controllers, cables, chargers, and tools Maintain cleanliness in office and warehouse areas KPI bonuses are discretionary and based on overall monthly performance, responsibility, work quality, communication, and contribution to company operations.Job Type:
