Job Summary:

Assisting the Development team in developing concepts, products, and solutions.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None Duties/Responsibilities:

Participate in the research, design, and evaluation of materials, assemblies, processes and equipment. Present the options of training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development. Participate in developing concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units. Participate in monitoring team metrics and objectives ensuring goals are met. Assist in documenting all phases of research and development. Participate in customer relationships and assisting in perform RFP Review, Customer Visits, and Product Testing. Participate in the research and development on manual and automated platforms. Assist in the investigation of new technologies.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Fluent in the languages of

English and Korean Valid Driver's License Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May perform some duties on the production floor which can be dusty, dirty, and noisy. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Including required use of any Personal Protective Equipment, such as steel toed shoes, safety glasses, cut resistant sleeves/gloves, and ear plugs in required area(s) Occasionally operate motor vehicle
