On the job, you'll: Load, transport, unload, and set up household and commercial items Pack and protect belongings like they're your own Run moving equipment the right way — dollies, straps, pads, ramps, liftgates Work as part of a coordinated crew, taking direction from your lead Help make sure every job gets finished the way it should We're looking for people who: See each job through to the end — moves sometimes run long, and finishing well for the customer matters Have consistent availability — set days and times you can be scheduled Can handle 100+ lbs repeatedly, rain or shine Hold a valid driver's license (strongly preferred) Bring integrity, a willingness to learn, and a level head when things get hectic What's in it for you: $18.50-$22.00/hr based on experience and performance A real paid training program with a crew lead who teaches you — not a sink-or-swim start Scheduling built around your availability A team that puts real time into developing you, not just staffing a truck
