A company is looking for a Training and Development Specialist II to assess training needs, obtain or develop programs, and deliver various courses. In this role, you will collaborate with unit or functional leaders on training strategy and other strategic training and development activities. You will deliver analyses of HR data, identify trends, and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and improvement of business performance. You will design and develop training courses or strands of a learning and development (L&D) program, incorporate specified L&D methodologies and delivery channels, develop relevant content and high-quality learning resources, deliver training sessions, engage with team or department line managers to clarify short-term priorities, organize and prepare complex documents, resolve queries, contribute to the creation of development centers, and develop your own capabilities through ongoing education and training. Learning and Talent Development Training course design and development LMS, e-learning, and computer-based training Data Collection and Analysis Video Creation and Editing Presentation skills and verbal communication Planning and Organizing Requirements for the role: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years) Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months) Ability to deliver analyses of HR data, identify trends, and contribute to HR insights Ability to design and develop training courses or strands of an L&D program Ability to incorporate specified L&D methodologies and delivery channels Ability to develop relevant content and high-quality learning resources Ability to deliver training sessions, engaging, advising, and guiding learners Ability to engage with team or department line managers to clarify short-term priorities Ability to work within established procedures to achieve specified goals Ability to organize and prepare complex documents using various applications Ability to resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers Ability to contribute to the creation of development centers Proficiency in graphics or photo imaging, video creation and editing, word processor software, presentation creation, web page creation and editing, spreadsheet expertise, desktop publishing, document management, database user interfaces and queries, development environment, LMS/e-learning/CBT, application server management, access management, operating system setup and maintenance, email, and video conferencing
Education and Experience:
