Contract 2 + Years We are seeking an experienced Training & Development Specialist III to lead and manage learning and enablement programs focused on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Modern Work solutions . This role is responsible for designing impactful learning experiences, driving user adoption, evaluating training effectiveness, and partnering with stakeholders to develop workforce capabilities across a global organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and manage end-to-end learning programs, curricula, and learning paths for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Modern Work technologies. Create engaging instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning content, including assessments, job aids, videos, and training materials. Deliver training sessions, workshops, webinars, and enablement programs while providing coaching and guidance to learners. Conduct training needs assessments and capability gap analyses by partnering with business leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders. Measure training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, learner feedback, adoption metrics, and business impact analysis. Analyze participation, usage, and adoption data to identify trends and recommend targeted learning and communication strategies. Configure and manage learning management systems (LMS) and training tools to support program development and delivery. Collaborate with communications, HR, enablement teams, and design resources to create awareness campaigns and learning collateral. Serve as the primary point of contact for external learning vendors, managing vendor relationships, training schedules, and program delivery. Evaluate learning platforms and content providers, including Microsoft Learn, Pluralsight, and other training vendors, and recommend optimal solutions. Develop and maintain operational processes, documentation, and governance standards for training program execution. Stay current on Microsoft technologies, Copilot, AI capabilities, learning methodologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve enablement programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Program Management, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development. Experience developing and delivering training programs, learning paths, and curriculum for technical or business audiences. Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and assessment development. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and training technologies. Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating adoption, participation, and learning effectiveness metrics. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
