Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY
The OSFCU Learning Technology Advisor supports the Corporate University through the management of OSF HealthCare’s Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role supports and guides entity administrators, collaborates with instructional designers to optimize content, and provides technical support to enhance learning platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system upgrades, training team members, and analyzing learning data to drive improvements, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience across the organization.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School/GED and 5 years utilization of eLearning technologies OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of training in design and/or eLearning technologies.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
1 year in an LMS administrator role
Licensure/ Certification:
CORE System Certification within 1 year of hire
