Youth Development Professional Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Peoria Peoria, IL Job Details Part-time | Full-time Up to $15.50 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Some college Teamwork Trauma-sensitive practices High school diploma or GED Driver's License Working with students Working with youth Full Job Description A Youth Development Professional's main role is to build positive, supportive relationships with our members. As a YDP, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that foster our three priority outcomes of academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles. In collaboration with other staff, you will ensure the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all youth during Club hours. Transport students from schools to the clubs on a daily basis. YDP's report directly to Site Managers, with the supervision of our Director of Programming.
