This position identifies and monitors training needs in the organization, assists with the design, and implements training programs to fulfill the needs.
Job Location:
Howard (home base) and Hamilton County (for training purposes)
Essential Functions:

Provides internal support with questions or issues regarding training and development. Works closely with HR, Supervisors and employees on employee development, cross training opportunities, and career pathing. Helps to design, develop, deliver, evaluate and revise training programs in a manner that effectively engages learners and results in appropriate levels of knowledge transfer. Works with managers on new hire scheduling. Responsible for gathering feedback, designing, updating, reviewing and delivering learning and development. Conducts training sessions, builds rapport with the employees and provides feedback in a respectful, positive manner and integrates feedback into performance. Determines the most appropriate method for training, utilizing board rooms, online instructor led, e-learning, webinars, etc. Collaborates and oversees training objectives, policies and procedures for all departments. Helps to coordinate bank-wide ongoing training initiatives. Helps conduct training for new hires for all departments; including NuPoint training. Reviews existing training programs and systems; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry. Utilize our BAI Training for course administration to assign classes, monitor completion through reporting, communicate with attendees, etc. Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget. Works within the training budget.

Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of retail banking regulations. Self-starter, works independently, detailed-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to moderate large groups Proficient technology user especially with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Strong time management and organizational skills Demonstrated success in a previous retail supervisory role preferred
Education/Training:
Associate's Degree or higher required. Minimum of three years of related training experience Branch or Operations experience preferred Application Question(s): What is your salary expectation?
