Job Description

We are a thriving nonprofit on a mission, and we are looking for an energetic, collaborative Staff Development Trainer to be the heartbeat of our Human Resources team! In this role, you will be the bridge that connects, inspires, and empowers our amazing team across every single department. Responsible for direct training of staff, preparation and follow-up, monitoring expirations and assisting with scheduling, and participates fully as part of the Human Resources team in recruiting, interviewing, and assuring the hiring process is followed. M-F 8a-4:30p. Hiring immediately. EOE. Requirements for
Staff Development Trainer:
Bachelor s degree with emphasis in Human Resources or related field Six months of experience training adults in a work setting Proficient in attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizing and time management skills Strong written and communication skills Valid driver s license and good driving record Preferred knowledge or experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of own body weight, whichever is less Other beneficial experience - confidentiality, ADP, Microsoft applications, customer service, employee training, trainer, HR generalist, training coordinator, multi-tasking, building relationships, attention to detail.
