In this role, you will be the bridge that connects, inspires, and empowers our amazing team across every single department. Responsible for direct training of staff, preparation and follow-up, monitoring expirations and assisting with scheduling, and participates fully as part of the Human Resources team in recruiting, interviewing, and assuring the hiring process is followed. Staff Development Trainer:

Bachelor s degree with emphasis in Human Resources or related field Six months of experience training adults in a work setting Proficient in attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizing and time management skills Strong written and communication skills Valid driver s license and good driving record Preferred knowledge or experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of own body weight, whichever is less Other beneficial experience - confidentiality, ADP, Microsoft applications, customer service, employee training, trainer, HR generalist, training coordinator, multi-tasking, building relationships, attention to detail.
