Duties / Responsibilities

of this position: In partnership with Product Management, develop, write, and edit a wide range of technical content, including: Product documentation and technical datasheets Application guides and whitepapers Sales enablement materials (presentations, brochures, case studies) Website and digital content Internal training materials Partner with engineering, R&D, and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging Collaborate with regional teams to ensure content reflects global consistency while addressing local market needs Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of technical messaging across all communication channels Support product launches by creating coordinated, high-impact technical content aligned with marketing and commercial strategies Manage the relationship with L&L Products' PR agency, including: Serving as the primary day-to-day contact Developing and maintaining a pipeline of PR opportunities (press releases, thought leadership, media outreach) Coordinating technical input and approvals for external communications Ensuring alignment between PR activities and overall communications strategy Maintain and manage a centralized library of technical materials and ensure version control Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and competitive positioning to enhance content relevance Work closely with the broader Communications team to align technical content with brand voice, messaging, and visual standards

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in technical content development, preferably in manufacturing, materials, automotive, or industrial sectors Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management tools
