This position will help facilitate our national healthcare team as well as our local general commercial real estate appraisers. This is an in-office role working alongside experienced appraisers and analysts in a dynamic environment where collaboration and problem-solving thrive. You will be fully trained in our appraisal methodology and have the chance to advance with strong performance. We reward self-motivated team players who can work efficiently under tight deadlines. Working up to a real estate appraiser is a natural progression where earning opportunity can significantly increase for motivated and efficient individuals. Responsibilities:
Conduct market research on properties Interact with brokers and other market participants Gather and analyze data on rents, occupancy, taxes etc. Populate Excel models and contribute to databases Engage with clients and stakeholders as needed Participate in team collaboration We provide full training and mentoring by experienced professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate analyst, appraiser trainee, or researcher to gain specialized experience in commercial and senior housing valuation. For entry-level analyst, we offer competitive pay starting at a base of $40-50k depending on experience with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Benefits include 401k, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off. Must be able to work full-time from our St. Louis office.
