POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager position oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy for Entrust Property Solutions and its portfolio of properties. This role includes social media strategy, marketing material development, event management, community relations, reputation management, website development, new software implementation, marketing campaigns, digital projects, process development, new-property initiatives, and miscellaneous company development projects and marketing budgets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide marketing support to all properties within the Entrust Property Solutions portfolio.
• Create and maintain marketing materials as needed for Entrust and its portfolio.
• Develop, design and maintain websites for Entrust and its portfolio.
• Assist with corporate and property event planning and execution as needed.
• Assist with the design and implementation of signage, web-based branding, collateral materials, and marketing plans for both new and existing properties.
• Create, manage and measure marketing budgets for Entrust Property Solutions and its portfolio, tracking and reporting as needed.
• Facilitate and oversee internal communications as well as community communications for public relations.
• Set up, claim, strategize, create, implement and monitor social media strategies for Entrust Property Solutions and its portfolio of properties.
• Setup and monitor online review sites on an on going basis for Entrust and its portfolio of properties, responding in a timely manner and working with property staff to resolve and respond to ensure positive brand reputation.
• Assist with new development floorplan review and pre-development efforts on new construction.
• Assist with the brand development, marketing strategies, implementation of property signage, website development and collateral materials for new-construction properties.
• Develop, maintain, and evaluate leasing initiatives and community promotions as needed.
• Build and foster strong relationships with clients, residents, vendors, contractors and owners as well as property and executive staff.
• Conduct and present market research and identify emerging trends to review and recommend for new company offerings.
• Complying with all state, federal and local Fair Housing laws.
• Complying with company policies, and state & federal safety practices and regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/LICENSURE

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience as Marketing Manager preferred.
