Primary responsibilities include: Field Training New Pest Specialists•conduct on-the-job training with new hires during their first 6 weeks and ensure completion of weekly Field Training Checklists Peer Support for New Pest Specialists•conduct weekly check-ins and monthly meet-ups with new hire during their first year and complete associated documentation for records Successful completion of Rentokil NA Field Training Certification Program (with biannual recertification)

Additional Job Duties:

As Certified Field Trainer (Trainee's Weeks 1-6): Conduct ride-along for job candidates during the interview process Arrive on time and prepared for training Effectively train skills and provide ample feedback in a timely manner Weekly communication with Trainee's Manager Weekly evaluation and progress sign-off for Field Training Checklists As Peer Support (Trainee's Week 6•1 Year) Develop solid working relationship with Trainee Be available by phone (or text) to answer questions from Trainee Help shape expectations for Trainee as they go through the different phases of training and onboarding Help them make a successful transition from Trainee to productive employee Communicate any concerns / issues to
