Production skills trainer is a part-time position that is responsible for developing workforce skills, ensuring safety compliance, and improving employee performance in a manufactured construction environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Train employees on equipment operation, construction methods, production processes, and company procedures, workplace safety standards. Ensure employees understand and follow safe work practices. Monitor compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Assess employee skill levels and identify training needs.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
