Coordinate training classes and continuing education programs across the organization Manage class schedules, registrations, rosters, attendance and completion records through the Learning Management System (LMS) Communicate with participants regarding schedules, class details, materials and changes Track participation and prepare training reports Coordinate classroom setup, including training materials, technology and other resources Stay on top of schedules and follow-up to ensure nothing slips through the cracks The individual most likely to succeed is organized, detail-oriented and accurate, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving pieces. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be helpful in making sure training classes and participants are set up for success. A big plus is experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS). Most importantly, we're looking for a team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
