Job Description

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years experience in administration, training, and the development and implementation of staff training programs or high school diploma and six (6) years of experience in the areas mentioned above. Must have first aid and CPR certification and reliable transportation. KWC Crisis Training Certification a plus.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for training staff of The Arc of Atlantic as well as other identified agencies in state required courses as assigned to include CPR, first aid, all other courses that are required by DDD, and KWC Crisis Training. Must be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills. This position will require some in-state travel.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
