This role combines the excitement of coaching soccer skills with providing exceptional front desk support, creating a welcoming environment for all participants. As a key member of our team, you will inspire young athletes, manage client interactions, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your enthusiasm for sports, excellent communication skills, and dedication to fostering a positive experience will make a lasting impact on our community. This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to develop coaching expertise while delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Greet clients and participants warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Assist with scheduling and organizing soccer training session for pre-K, grade school middle school and high school athletes Provide basic soccer coaching, focusing on fundamental skills such as footwork dribbling, passing, finishing, shooting, and teamwork Maintain a safe environment by enforcing behavior management policies and supervising participants during activities Handle client inquiries professionally via phone or in person, providing information about programs and schedules Support facility cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors Requirements Prior experience working with children in sports or recreational settings is highly preferred Knowledge of soccer coaching techniques and sports-specific training instruction Experience in team leadership or coaching roles within sports teams or physical education programs Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, parents, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively and maintain an engaging environment for diverse age groups Previous experience working in health clubs or gym environments is advantageous Join us to inspire young athletes while honing your coaching skills!
