Seeking experienced trainers to support a large-scale implementation of the Oracle Utilities Network Management System (NMS), a modernized control room platform being deployed across the organization. Key Responsibilities Attend and successfully complete the Train-the-Trainer program. Learn Oracle NMS functionality, workflows, and training materials. Deliver instructor-led end-user training to control room operators and support staff. Facilitate engaging adult-learning experiences in a highly regulated and technical environment. Lead classroom training sessions, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and knowledge checks. Support learners during system adoption and transition activities. Maintain consistent training quality and delivery standards across multiple classes and locations. Provide feedback on training effectiveness and opportunities for continuous improvement.
