The Onsite Support Specialist (OSS) position is part of the Customer Care Team and provides onsite technical support and training for our customers. It is the responsibility of the OSS to address customer concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Technical Requirements- Microsoft 365
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
- Familiarity with Windows based computers, Android, and iOS systems
- CRM experience preferred Duties and Responsibilities Complete scheduled support appointments at customer sites Be punctual every day Build positive relationships with customers and staff Train customers on best practices and use of our software and hardware solutions Dress professionally with employee shirt and ID badge daily
- Comprehend customer needs and make appropriate recommendations Produce timely and detailed service reports Support technical installations and troubleshooting of computers and hardware Maintain lines of communication throughout Customer Care Team and to the Account Leaders Work on special projects as directed by the Customer Care Team Work with management on continual customer service quality
- Demonstrate desire to learn and continue education in present and future products, services, and technologies.
- Communicate and complete follow up action items to help resolve issues
