Part-Time Real Estate Development/Property Accounting Professional Stafkings Syracuse, NY Job Details Part-time $35 - $50 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Paid sick time Qualifications Spreadsheets Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Real Estate Development and Property Accounting Professional . This role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the financial operations of our real estate development projects and property portfolios. 20hrs per week. PTO, Health Insurance, and Simple IRA plan. Competitive Salary based on experience.
Duties:
Review & reconcile tenant rent rolls, lease charges Prepare CAM reconciliations and operating expense recoveries Monitor rental income, security deposits and tenant receivables Ensure lease provisions are accurately reflected Assist with tenant billing and collection record deposits and reflect accurate records of tenant accounts Assist with vendor invoices & tracking records Audit tenant records and payments
Monitor A/R Qualifications:
Proficiency in financial software including QuickBooks, Property Management Software Appfolio is a plus. Strong use of Excel is required Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial information Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational practices Self motivated, adaptable and supportive Team oriented Bachelor's degree is preferred
Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
