How you will make an impact! This role is responsible for the development and delivery of Electron Microscopy training for internal and external customers. You will work with the technical training department. We will deliver technical training to a broad audience. We encourage and empower learners with highly technical content. Make our learners able to identify, repair and improve the Electron Microscopes use at Thermo Fisher. Our learners will consist of Field Service Engineers, R D specialist, Operation Engineers and users. All of these will have different knowledge levels, from newbies to senior specialists. As a team we are involved in the development of the newest technologies towards a specialize set of jobs skills that needs to be translated into a learning opportunity for the whole company. This is done via classroom training, remote instruction, hands-on practice or assist in developing e-learning material. Using a skills-passport for individual skills learning. With the Technical Training department, we will develop close relations with colleagues from the Global Tech Support, Customer Service, R D/PG, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management and Customer training. Coordinate and handle ad hoc learning solutions, either in our own training lab or on-site at customer sites.
