Job Description

The Trainer is responsible for providing orientation instruction, hands-on floor and/or classroom training. Trainers will be assigned to an individual department. Responsible for training employees on all functional aspects of their position. Excellent organizational and communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) for effective interaction with all levels of company personnel and external customers. Must be able to promote a team effort to achieve common goals, as well as give and receive constructive feedback. Must be able to lead classroom discussion and answer follow up questions. Excellent attendance record is required. Good problem solving and decision-making skills are essential. Must be able to withstand a production environment with exposure to food allergens, dust and varying temperatures.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs continuously. Walk and stand for extended for entire shift (8-10 hours) Ability to present information clearly and concisely to an associate or group. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines while being detail oriented. Must be flexible with regard to schedule and job assignments. Hours and days may change based on production needs and overtime may be required in the fall months. Honest and respectful communication. Compliance with company attendance standards. This is a safety sensitive position, subject to initial and follow-up drug testing. Mon. - Fri. 7:00am - 3:30pm #INDOPS
