Job Description
The Trainer is responsible for providing orientation instruction, hands-on floor and/or classroom training. Trainers will be assigned to an individual department. Responsible for training employees on all functional aspects of their position. Excellent organizational and communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) for effective interaction with all levels of company personnel and external customers. Must be able to promote a team effort to achieve common goals, as well as give and receive constructive feedback. Must be able to lead classroom discussion and answer follow up questions. Excellent attendance record is required. Good problem solving and decision-making skills are essential. Must be able to withstand a production environment with exposure to food allergens, dust and varying temperatures.
