Summary Residential Skills Trainer is a vital role based in Oregon City, where you will support youth in residential settings by fostering independence and life skills. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people while aligning with our mission to promote healing, growth, and success. Responsibilities Provide direct support to youth in residential care settings. Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) and life skills development. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors. Support clients' emotional and social needs through effective communication. Document progress and collect data to inform treatment plans. Collaborate with team members and community partners to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for clients. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practice. Provide trauma-informed care.
