This is a full-time opportunity where you'll earn $17+ per hour plus performance bonuses while learning valuable sales and communication skills. No previous sales experience is required. We'll provide the training, coaching, and support to help you get started. What You'll Be Doing You'll work with our team in residential neighborhoods throughout the Bend area, connecting with homeowners and generating appointments for Brightside.

Your day will include:

Canvassing residential neighborhoods Starting conversations with homeowners Introducing Brightside Windows and our services Scheduling free in-home consultations for interested homeowners Tracking appointments and daily activity Working toward individual and team performance goals You won't be responsible for completing the in-home sale. Your role is to create interest and schedule the appointment for our sales team.
