Caregiver Skills Trainer Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Daylight Schedule Home Instead | Oakmont & Greensburg, Pennsylvania Are you an experienced agency caregiver, CNA, LPN, RN, or healthcare professional who enjoys teaching others? What You'll Do:
As the Caregiver Skills Trainer , you'll be responsible for developing confident, compassionate, and capable Care Professionals before they begin caring for clients independently. You'll provide hands-on instruction, competency validation, coaching, and continuing education while partnering with Human Resources, Client Care, and Scheduling to ensure every caregiver is prepared for success. Supporting both our Oakmont and Greensburg offices , you'll help maintain consistent training standards and elevate the quality of care provided throughout our organization. - Believes exceptional client care begins with exceptional caregiver preparation Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct caregiving or healthcare experience
- 3+ years of experience training, coaching, or supervising caregivers or healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to routinely travel between our Oakmont and Greensburg offices Preferred Qualifications
- Home Care experience
- CNA, LPN, RN, PTA, OTA, Medical Assistant, or similar healthcare background
- Experience caring for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias
- Experience using a Learning Management System (Activated Insights or similar) Sound like you?
