MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Degree or equivalent.
Required Training and Experience:
0-4 years of courseware development experience Must possess excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills Handle multiple tasks; flexible with work assignments Work well with a multitude of personalities Work with little to no supervision.
Preferred Experience:
Prior Interactive Courseware (ICW) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) development USN Master Training Specialist (MTS) or Instructor Experience analyzing existing training documentation in support of large training programs. Experience with USN training product standards and Instructional Systems Design process Courseware development experience with Adobe Captivate or similar tool Courseware development experience with
AIM II or CPM/LOM Computer Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design/develop script storyboards Develop courseware and supporting documents Select instructional media, materials, and equipment to meet learning objectives Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Travel to Navy schoolhouses as required. Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
