This is a full-time, in-house position — not a brokerage, agency, or third-party role. You will be the sole specialist responsible for identifying, acquiring, and preparing business property for the company's own use across Northern California, with primary focus on the Greater Sacramento area and surrounding secondary markets (including Oakland, Fairfield/Solano County, Stockton, and Yuba City/Sutter County). Position Overview You will manage the complete lifecycle of commercial property transactions on behalf of the company: sourcing opportunities, conducting on-site due diligence, securing necessary permits and zoning approvals, and handling all associated documentation through closing and entitlement. This is a hands-on role combining field work and desk analysis. You will report directly to ownership and operate with a high degree of independence. Key Responsibilities Source and evaluate business properties — office, retail, industrial, and commercial land — both on- and off-market across the target region.
